financial support

Foster Wales Swansea places the support we provide our foster carers as one of our main priorities.  We provide support groups, coffee mornings, events, and activities for children.

learning and developement

Being a foster carer with us means that you will receive competitive fees and allowances which are higher than those set by Welsh Government. We also pay our foster carers a retainer payment should they have a period of time where no child is placed with them (not that this is very likely).

support

You’ll have access to all the tools and training you will need to ensure you can meet the needs of each child in your care.
